Every Steed Creative Design order is handmade to order — just for you. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order — and orders over $25 in our online shop ship free.

Please allow your order's making time (2–4 business days) plus transit time for delivery.    

All sales are final. As each item is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

However, "final" does not imply inflexibility: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contactus@steedcreativedesign.com. We will review each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution.

 Our patches, bumpers, and cases are handmade accessories, not medical devices. For the best hold of our patches, apply to clean, dry skin and avoid water for a few hours after applying.
